Having an email address (e.g. jdoe@justincase.com) allows you to take advantage of sending Safe&Sound voicemail and web search email notifications to notify members associated to your account of your well-being and whereabouts should a disaster happen.

I don't have an email address.
Not having an email address will not allow you to take advantage of sending Safe&Sound voicemail and web search email notifications to members associated to your account.

You can sign up for a Userid (e.g. jdoe) to use our service by selecting "No" to not having an email address on our registration form, or by calling our Technical Support line at 1-866-491-3303 to complete your Userid only registration. Signing up for a Userid only will allow you to use the following features:

  • Voicemail without email notification
  • Web Search without email notification

Should you want an email address to take advantage of sending Safe&Sound voicemail and web search email notifications, setup an email address with one of the following FREE email services:

GMail     Windows Live Hotmail    Yahoo! Mail.

Once you have successfully signed up for an email address with one of the services above, please complete our registration using your new email address.
