Family Member Account
Family member accounts are designated for your immediate family members to have direct accesss to the account (i.e. mom, dad, daughter and son). Members are setup with an account, username, and password, and are allowed to change passwords and passcodes to their account and the main family account for members.
Family or Friend Profile Account
Family or Friend Profile accounts are designated for extended family (uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents, etc), friends, neighbors and coworkers. Profiles DO NOT allow these persons to have a full-access account (i.e. an account with a username and password), yet these profiles/persons are ONLY able to receive Safe&Sound voicemail and web search email notifications should Members with full-access accounts want to notify these persons.
